Explore

Discover the Castle Creek Valley with a Naturalist guided snowshoe or hike. Tours in the area surrounding Toklat take place on gentle terrain at a leisurely pace, and can be customized to your needs.

Gather

Toklat has long been a locals’ favorite and a community hub. It is a reflective place that, once discovered, invites your return. Today, as ACES’ Catto Center at Toklat, it is a wilderness retreat center that cultivates a community of environmental stewards.

Residency programs

The ACES Wilderness Residency at Toklat is designed to advance and share the work of one individual, working at the intersection of environmental challenges and artistic expression, offering them unencumbered time to think, work, and create in an inspirational setting.
